3. What can I find here?

Two things:

a. Information for small businesses, specific to the Montgomery area. We strive to bring you tools and information to help you succeed on a local level. National news is good and all that, but what’s happening outside your front door is even more interesting. We give this to you free; we figure that the more successful you are, the greater the chance that you will lease from one of our landlords.

b. Space for lease – whether you’re a one person show, looking to lease a room just big enough for one desk, or a new restaurant that needs that special location, you can find it here. The space you will find here won’t be the traditional commercial fare, it will be space that is owned by small businesses, mom and pops if you will, just like you.

4. Who cares?

a. Small business owners – wouldn’t you like some information, some help, some links to get you going? Would you like to read articles about someone that has tried what you are about to try, and lived to tell about it? Would you like one site to to go and see listings of commercial space that’s available in Montgomery? We thought so.

b. Owners of commercial space – maybe you only own one tiny retail store that’s off the beaten path. Or a small industrial office with a warehouse attached, and you have trouble getting it rented. Maybe you’re having a hard time getting the big time glitzy commercial Realtors to call you back because you aren’t Donald Trump.
